At Chupez, we ensure your satisfaction with every purchase

GENERAL

➢ Our products come with a one-year warranty except the power bank which warranty is ninety days.

➢ Products shall be recalled by the company where in rare situation, factory fault is detected.

➢ Company shall accept liability only for products with factory fault returned not more than 30 days from the date of purchase.

➢ Company shall not replace products damaged by wrong handling or damage by customer.

➢ Every returned product shall be tested to know the cause of the defect or damage.

➢ The returned product will be processed within 14 business days.

➢ Customer is liable for the cost and risk of returning products to the company.

➢ Returned product requests are treated on a first come first serve. No special or preferential treatment.

Batteries and cables are not returnable products and are not open to the company return policy.

The brand name and or logo must be clearly visible on the product

Every returned product must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase – a purchase receipt or invoice from an authorized Chupez dealer

The company does not offer monetary refunds, only products are replaced.

The company reserves the right not to accept, replace, exchange, or refund product(s) that does not meet the above return conditions.
